RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Mimziie’s Touch, we are happy to accept returns on any Wigs that is unworn and lace is still intact and uncut. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 28 days of receipt by you. 

In the case you have received a faulty custom wig or item, please email hairbymimziies@hotmail.com within 72 hours of the date you have received your wig. Do not cut any lace or Try on wig if found faulty.  After we have investigated the returned wig or item and deemed it to be faulty due to the manufacturer's defect we will repair your wig and a solution will be issued with either the option of an exchange or a full/partial refund.
