Yes, we deliver worldwide, including the US & Canada.
How long does shipping take?
UK: 1-4 business days
Europe: 3-17 business days
Rest of the World: 3-17 business days (may be longer for slow-to-ship countries).
Do you accept returns?
At Mimziie’s Touch, we take pride in ensuring that we uphold a high level of quality control by ensuring your luxury virgin, raw hair, wigs & extensions are new, freshly made and customised, only for you.
To ensure that we continue to uphold this and for hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.
In the case you have received a faulty wig and/or item, please email info@mimziiestouch.com within 72 hours of the date you have received your wig and/or item. After we have investigated the returned wig or item and deemed it to be faulty due to manufacturers defect you will be issued with either the option of an exchange or a full/partial refund.
For security and efficiency, we advise using Royal Mail Signed for service or Special Delivery for your own protection (if you are based in the United Kingdom). Please use Signed For / Tracked service at your local Postal/ Shipping Organisation offers if you are
based outside the UK.

Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the return postage.
Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for any product that is not received at the returns address provided to you, please retain your proof of return so you can dispute delivery with the courier you used. If you send a parcel untracked and we do not receive the parcel, we cannot accept liability for the missing parcel and will not be able to process your return.
